With this package, should you wish too, you can always add a follow up session to this program to continue your journey of discovery.

Is there any preperation I need to do before the sessions?

This would depend on your reason for wanting to explore past lives. Should you simply be curious of who you were before and if you have any learnings or perhaps you feel drawn to a particular time period or places in the world, then perhaps you could do a little write up about how come you are curious or what exactly about the places and spaces attract you so much and what you would like to gain from this package.
