Online Sessions follow a similar structure to the In Person Hypnosis Sessions.
Online hypnosis sessions provide an excellent opportunity for us to continue the work already started in person or for those who are far away and looking for a hypnosis facilitator or even opening availability to those people in different countries looking to make a difference in their own lives.
Each session is built on the one before and because hypnotic practices encompass many different aspects the sessions are highly effective allowing you to gain the most benefits from the experience.
It is important to remember that each person is unique and can find their resolution and change at different levels. Meaning some people can find change in as little as one or two sessions, while others may need more.

Guidline for online sessions
Sessions start promptly at the agreed upon time
Ensure our environment is as noise free as possible. I.E. Famly and freirends are aware that you will be unavailable for the duration of the session and to keep the noise levels to minimums so as not to disturb you.
Consider wearing ear pones to keep nioise levels low
Consider putting your phone on areoplane mode or off to avoid sidtractions during the session
Ensure you have some tissues and perhapsa blanket if the weather is chilly
Ensure you are able to support the phoen without holding it in your hands should you be connecting via your phone
