Each session is aimed at realigning the autonomic nervous system by using hypnotic techniques and client centred scripting to bring the body, mind and emotions into a state of more peace and harmony. Here's the general session outlines for the General Relaxation Package

First Session

This session is a stepping stone towards achieving deeper relaxation and hanessing the benefits of engaging with your relaxation response.

We start with a brief discussion about hypnosis and how stress currently effects your life, we also address any concerns you might have and assist you to understand the process before we gently transition into a guided state of relaxation and begin to utilize visualization techniques.

Second Session

In our second session, we build upon the relazation techniques introduced in the first session our aim is to deepen your state of calm and enhance your overall sense of well-being.

We begin to tailor your sessions to your specific needs. During the hypnotic session we incorporate more advanced techniques to guide the relaxation to deeper levels for you to engage more deeply with the relaxation response.

Third Session

As you continue with these sessions, you’ll find it increasingly effortless to harness the benefits of deep relaxation for improved mental and emotional well-being.

We will further refine and master the relaxation techniques you've learned, focusing on achieving a profound sense of calm and integrating these practices into your daily life enhancing your overall quality of life.
